[Quantal] [Regression] Incorrect number of Thuderbird unread messages in Unity launcher

When new unread email appears in Thunderbird, the Unity Thunderbird icon correctly shows the number of unread messages, but this number isn't updated when e-mail is then read.

This is a regression (no problem in Precise and previous)

This issue seems to be fixed by installing libmessaging-menu0 .

There seems to be a missing dependancy as this package was missing from 2 machines I upgraded from Precise to Quantal Alpha 3.
