Account Settings window is bigger than window resolution

The Account Settings window is 834x836 when my desktop window is 1366x768. To make the settings window any larger than 768 (or not naturally re-size to fit the screen) is a UX flaw.

This affects me too. I've got a netbook which only does 1024 x 600 and I am unable to delete accounts because the button to do so is off the bottom of the screen and I cannot manually move or resize the window.

With Thunderbird 60.2.1 and Ubuntu 18.04 I'm seeing the Preferences window open at a size of 698x594 so I'm treating this as being fixed. If anyone see any different then this bug report can be re-opened but the issue should also be reported to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/.
