Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. I've added a task here for the translations team so that we can resolve this in a more global fashion. Please report any other issues you may find.
@Ubuntu Translators support- translations- en was removed as a source after Jaunty, but there doesn't seem to be a transitional package for it to whatever replaced it in Lucid. Therefore, this user is stuck with old dependencies. Thanks.
