Bug Description
Binary package hint: thunar
After booting the system, when trying to launch thunar (either by a launcher shortcut or from inside the terminal), it has a approximately 26 seconds delay until it starts.
It creates a process named "Thunar" (with capital T), which remains active even if the thunar window is closed.
Subsequent launching of thunar (either with or without terminating the above-mentioned "Thunar" process) function normally (really fast). They create a "thunar" process (with small "t").
Found an upstream bug report on same issue:

Installed pcmanfm, that doesn't have a "browse network" left panel shortcut as thunar has, and it starts up normally, even right after booting.
Also, with thunar I was not trying to access a network share.
