bookmarks for remote shares are unable to be bookmarked permanently. Rebooting or restarting Thunar loses them.

When starting, Thunar skips bookmarks that point to remote filesystems. This was previously raised here:

So I'm filing this as requested. I've also attached a patch that fixes this. However it's a little ugly: if the remote filesystem isn't mounted when thunar starts, it will initially show the URI. Once you select it, the remote filesystem will be mounted and the bookmark changes to its more permanent form.
Not sure if mounting it on starting thunar would be the right thing to do, so I'm submitting the patch as is.
