2020-12-27 10:31:21 JohnWaldew description Occasionally on first boot (after shutdown), the system boots up much slower than usual, and when i try to open the file manager nothing happens. Then I decide to shut down or restart the computer through the desktop environment (I use Xfce4), click the "Log out..." button in the Whisker Menu and i get the error: "GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.InvalidArgs:Type of message, "(yb)", does not match expected type"(b)" This issue happens MUCH more frequently when i restart my computer, instead of shutting down. HOWEVER, if i use "pkill thunar" it restarts, and it works flawlessly and all the errors and issues are gone. That is why is believe it is a thunar related problem. The system installation is barely modified, could be even considered completely new. No system changes were made.
