Bug Description

Thunar version 0.8.0

Steps to reproduce:
Enter a folder containing large images in e.g. cdrom.
Thunar starts to generate thumbnails and it may take loong time, while Thunar does not respond.

IMO there should be option to cancel generation of thumbnails and option not to generate thumbnails automatically.
