Bug Description
Default behaviour for drag&drop in Xubuntu 14.04 is to move files, but in latest Xenial image draggin&dropping files copies them instead.
Steps:
1. Opened /home/xubuntu/ folder in Thunar. A list of default folders appear.
2. Created an empty "test" file.
3. Dragged and dropped "test" file to Documents (or any other already existing folder).
4. File gets copied to Documents folder and still exists in /home/xubuntu/.
