Bug Description

Thunar package thunar version 1.6.10-2 in Xubuntu 16.04 (Xenial) Beta 2.

Trying to move (cut and paste, not copy) files or directories (there were more than one) to a parent or child directory using Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V led to this crash. This occurs repeatedly but only when there are two or more items being moved, only when moved to or from a parent directory, and only when using the cut and copy commands as described, not when dragging and dropping.

This seems like an upstream issue because it also happens on Fedora 23 with Thunar 1.6.10 on xfdesktop 4.12.

Probably unrelated but this occurred on btrfs with subvolumes @ and @home while working in @home. Have not tried on other file systems but probably occurs there too and is unrelated to file systems. Total sizes of the directories being moved were about 16 or 17 MiB on disk.

Whatever was attempted to be moved is actually moved to the destination and appears in the proper place after restarting Thunar. I have not experienced any data loss (yet).
