Thunar does not refresh meta data even reload is forced

Steps to reproduce:

- download a file named "0725"
- copy it from download dir into Freigabe dir (other internal HDD)
-- there is a file also named "0725", so click at the upcoming window 'overwrite'
- look after the file size, it is the old size (about 910 MB)
- press "reload"
- look after the file size, it is the old size (about 910 MB)

- open up gnome-commander
- look in the dir, see a 1.5 GB file named "0725"
- go back to thunar and see a 910 MB file

btw: Freigabe is a mounted HDD at /home/username/Freigabe

I was able to reproduce this on Thunar 1.6.3, but it has been fixed in 1.6.10.
