Bug Description

When I go back to a parent dir with backspace thunar will sometimes lock up.
The directories where it usually happens have a lot of files and folders. About 180-600.

I have been able to reproduce the lockup on demand, sort of, by holding arrow down for a few seconds. Then, while still holding arrow down, I press backspace to go back to the parent directory. The hang usually occurs within 3 attempts.

I'm using Xubuntu 14.04.1 64bit.

I have not. That should be automated. Having to register and re-enter the issue details on yet another bug tracker is more of a hassle than I'm willing to put up with. I have switched to PCmanFM which is much more stable and also quicker at loading folders with many files. The only downside is that it doesn't have Thunars nice mass-rename feature.
