Thunar open default not respecting the mime type editor nor its own setting on default open with

Started to happen when I upgraded.

Not sure why this is the case, but thunar is opening jpeg files with wine internet browser as oppose to risterro. I tried to change it in both mime type editor as well as the thunar file properties dialog. Both doesn't work. The default option is still wine internet browser.

It also seems like pdf is getting opened by gimp instead of document viewer

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

I see that, dealt with the pdf's by editing /usr/share/applications/mimeinfo.cache bug 574342

I'm also seeing torrrents opened by archive manager

My mimeinfo.cache seems fine. I edited out gimp, but now thunar is opening it with imagemagick.
