Bug Description

Thunar is extremely slow to spot new available Samba shares on the LAN. We are talking of a delays sometimes lasting hours. For instance I fired up a desktop machine well over an hour ago yet Thunar still hasn't spotted it. GnomeCommander on the other hand spots the changes straight away.

This issue hasn't been reported since 16.04. Marking as resolved. Please reopen if you are still able to reproduce on 20.04, 21.10, or 22.04. Thanks!
