Some windows use grey text with a black background, which is very hard to read.
(I am using the Greybird theme.)

Thanks for the bugreport.
It would be important to know what windows you're referring to with "some". The one on the screenshot resembles nothing I know, so it doesn't help me figure out what your problem is.
(Btw, if it really is a window drawn by the thunar-vcs-plugin – which I've never used – in which other applications does this occur?)
