Thanks for the bugreport.
It would be important to know what windows you're referring to with "some". The one on the screenshot resembles nothing I know, so it doesn't help me figure out what your problem is.

(Btw, if it really is a window drawn by the thunar-vcs-plugin – which I've never used – in which other applications does this occur?)

This window is the result of the SVN > Add menu item. I get the same thing with the revert menu item.
I have never seen this kind of window in another application.

Right, you have to at least tell me what package that application resides in because I really don't feel like installing all svn-related packages :)

Like the bug report says, it is a window in thunar-vcs-plugin. (This package adds a SVN contextual menu in Thunar.)

OK, I now installed subversion, cloned a repo and tried the add-menuitem and this is what I get (see screenshot). Note that I'm using Thunar 1.6.1, but I'm not sure that makes a difference as the vcs-plugin is version 0.1.4-1build1 (which is what is shipped with Quantal, if I'm not mistkaen).

Note that I am using it on Gnome (I don't know if it is relevant).

As Thunar 1.6.2 is shipped with Raring and the bug doesn't appear with that version, I'm marking this bug as invalid for the shimmer-themes package.

I assume that this was resolved eventually.

If not, we will reopen this report.
