Bug Description

The version of Thoggen in Breezy has a critical bug for many users -- encoding "soft-hangs" at the end of a DVD title and never stops, consuming 100% CPU. This issue is known and fixed upstream (0.4.2).

Backporting the fix (or just getting a UVF exception) would be nice, as this issue renders the package unusable (at least for the discs I've tried).

You can see several upstream reports for the bug on the devel mailing list: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.video.thoggen.devel

I don't have a Dapper system with a DVD drive to verify that the problem still exists. But I didn't see anything in the changelog(s) about a fix, so I assume things are unchanged.
