Include Intel WCL support

 * thermald will not be supported on the Wildcat Lake (WCL) platform

 * MMIO PL0 does not change dynamically on AC after boot, only after disconnecting power cable, due to comparison type 4 NOT_EQUAL missing

 * On Intel WCL platform

 * Boot into Ubuntu

 * thermald log should show that kernel driver support is ready:

The versioning of noble is not right. it should be 2.5.6-2ubunu0.24.04.4, please update the debdiff and ping @seb128 in the debcrafters channel on MM to support the upload.

Fixed both file names. Version is correct inside the debdiff.
