Also affected. Boot 23.10.1 Desktop install iso, and can observe the thermald crash every time on this hardware (https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/compare/11528326?baseline=11528326).

I skimmed through the function definition on Debian Code Search and it feels a bit like this might need reporting to your firmware vendor or something similar. Is there a reason for this bug to remain private?
