theano is scheduled for auto-removal from Debian testing on 2023-02-02 due to a FTBFS with Python 3.11 [1]. In addition, it is incompatible with NumPy 1.24 [2].
Please remove theano and its reverse-dependencies deepnano and keras from lunar.
