Bug Description
(If your build servers don't update immediately you might need to wait a bit - sphinx 1.7.5-1 had a bug that made this FTBFS (Debian #901662), and 1.7.5-2 has only been available for ~7 hours.)
The Ubuntu change is now part of the Debian package (the second point below).
theano (1.0.2+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium
* New upstream release.
* Split up the test suite to avoid running out of memory
(workaround for #898126 / LP#1769672), but don't hide output.
* Rebuild doc/library/
source is.
(This is unreproducible as some of them contain profiling output,
but we're unreproducible anyway due to uglifyjs.)

Thanks for reporting.
Looks like the package was already synced to cosmic-proposed [1]. However, it failed to build on amd64 which at a glance seems to be due to the sphinx issue you mentioned [2]. Since sphinx 1.7.5-2 has recently been synced to -proposed too [3], I reckon that should soon be sorted out or in worst case someone will need to retrigger the build once the new sphinx version lands.
