tgt does not force delete iscsi connections

Bug Description

Similar to 1305343 I still have the issue that I_T nexus connections are not cleaned up, although I disconnected the initiator sessions and removed the node:

More disturbing is that no error message are logged at kernel level, unlike the previous bug.
It's worth mentioning that tgt is running in a LXC container.
