Bug Description

I'm using xUbuntu 13.10, i386, newly installed. TeXmacs version is 1:1.0.7.18-1 (from apt-cache).

When I start a Maxima session within TeXmacs, it seems to start. However, the communications to Maxima seems to be broken. When I ask it evaluate any line (e.g. "a: x;"), I expect it to evaluate it and write:

---
x
----

However, it writes:

----
Maxima encountered a Lisp error:

Error in MAPC [or a callee]: TEXPORT is not a variable.

Automatically continuing.
To enable the Lisp debugger set *debugger-hook* to nil.
----

Maxima as such works o.k.

Many thanks for the correction. This is four pieces of software I cannot go without.

Best wishes,
Michal

very old problem ... Since saucy was on the way.
There is a mail about this with a solution till it's not corrected in
the plugin (it's about myproc)
I tried it but it didn't work. Maxima works well in a shell, wxmaxima
or in cantor... With version kde 4.12

Henri
