Bug Description
Binary package hint: yelp
Hello,
After updating LateX System to install arabic support (texlive-lang-arab) I get every time messages, that the update prozess failes because one of the packages. I tried to de-install the arabic package but this failed and now the package is marked red in the package manager.
Since this this I get all 30 min a windows opened says: "Package Manager Error". If I cick in Details I get this informations:

ValueError: list.remove(x): x not in list
Maybe someone can tell me, how to get rid of the red entry in the package manager?

3. It should be de-installed after installing failed (it does not work!)
4. De-Installation failed and all 30 min an error message will be raised
