Bug Description

Binary package hint: texlive-publishers

The Latex 2e class file and bibliography style file for Bibtex for the journal MNRAS could be included in the texlive-publishers package. The files are available from:
http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/mnras/

AFAIS there is no license statement at all, only copyright 2002 ...
without a decent license statement no inclusion in TeX Live itself, and
thus not in the Debian packages, and thus not in Ubuntu.

Please get the original authors to license it and reupload to CTAN,
and this might change.
