"dubious" bug in tabulary with colortbl

I've encountered this problem

That is, when tabulary is used with colortbl included in the packages, tabulary outputs an extra string "” dubious s case" to the table entries.

I've confirmed that the suggested fix works, that is

on the second occurrence of the word "dubious", replace the preceding quote mark " with a dollar sign %.

no texhash required for implementing as a work around.

"%" is the percent sign, of course...

could someone fix this on the distribution?
