Bug Description
When using the newtexsf package in Ubuntu 16.10 I get the following error:
(/usr/share/
No file OMSntxsy.fd.
! LaTeX Error: This NFSS system isn't set up properly.

According to the following Debian bug report, this has been fixed in Debian package version 2016.20161008-1.
