Bug Description

The file /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/algorithm2e/algorithm2e.sty has a few encoding problems that prevent compiling in normal workflows.
Attached a version of the file that shoudl be correct.

To make it clearer : the file is encoded in ISO-8859-1 and the system expects UTF-8
