dvisvgm in texlive-extra fails to render some characters

The version of dvisvgm in texlive-extra in wily is old (2 releases old in fact) and contains bugs that prevent rendering of some chars and that got fixed in more recent versions.

This gives trouble in using the texmaths extension in Libreoffice.
