Bug Description

How to reproduce on Livetex 2012.20120611-2:

1. Create a file q.tex with the following contents:
\documentclass{scrbook}
\usepackage{mparhack}
\begin{document}
\title{}
\maketitle
\pagenumbering{arabic}
X{\marginpar Y}
\end{document}

2. Run
pdflatex q
as often as you wish.

3. Observe that each time the log of pdflatex contains the following text:

Package mparhack Warning: Marginpars may have changed.
(mparhack) Rerun to get them right.

Thus the user never really knows whether the file is already stable.

I expect that after a bounded of runs mparhack suggests a final version and stops issuing the warning.
