package isotope lost its documentation

The isotope package has a nice .dvi file explaining its usage. However, it is not included in the texlive distribution. The package itself, of course, is. I had to download the file via ctan to read its usage description.

No, the dvi file is still missing in upstream texlive. Maybe I will fix
it in the Debian apckages. Maybe.
