Bug Description

Hi,
I am not sure, whether it is legacy behaviour or so, but I think it is not (always) desirable. The thing is that /usr/bin/xdvi runs plain (no menus) window. I don't understand these old widgets and/or X resources files, so I couldn't have tracked why and where is it set (eg. /etc/texmf/xdvi/XDvi seems fine - there is no 'xdvi.expertmode 0' or so).
When commented out the line which sets -name argument in /usr/bin/xdvi, the menu appears again. (Just like running /usr/bin/xdvi-xaw)
