Bug Description
the /usr/bin/xdvi wrapper around xdvi.bin doesn't handle SIGUSR1. some utilities uses (the real) xdvi's SIGUSR1 to instruct the reader to refresh the content. And what often happens on Debian systems is that they end up finding the wrapping perl process (e.g. latexmk). So the xdvi wrapper script should pass through this signal so that it works transparently
To reproduce:
# apt-get install latexmk texlive-bin-base
$ <write a dummy .tex file>
$ latexmk -pvc dummy.tex
$ <change a dummy.tex a little, save>
expected behavior: xdvi refreshes its content
what happens: it doesn't, coz USR1 is lost at the wrapper

i am unable to add/subscribe latexmk to the bug since they're not on launchpad.
