Error in repository package

Binary package hint: texlive

When using apt-get to install texlive (sudo apt-get install texlive) the entire system locks up on trying to download tex-latex-docs.
To clarify, by the entire system locks up I mean the mouse will not move, none of the keyboard keys have any effect, the terminal freezes and the power button will not bring up the shutdown menu.

On running the first time I didn't note the package causing the freeze.
On running a second time I noted it, however I wrote it incorrectly in the original post. It was actually texlive-latex-base-doc
However, it would seem the issue is not with this individual file anyway, since on running a third time (after submitting the report) I came across the same issue, but this time a different file caused the freeze.

I would extend that to all tex-...-doc packages
