hyhenation broken

Hi,

since upgrade of my machine from 14.04 to 15.10 the latex hyphenation in german is broken, looks as if it uses english hyphenation rules.

Using a letter style

\documentclass[KOMA,german,fontsize=12pt,backaddress=true,foldmarks=false,draft]{scrlttr2}
