Bug Description
How to reproduce:
0. Make sure that you have texlive version 2012.20120611-2.
1. Create a fresh file, say, q.tex, with the following contents:
\documentclass[
\usepackage{
\begin{document}
abcABC
\end{document}
2. Run
latex q && dvips -o q.ps q.dvi
3. Run
gv q.ps &
or
evince q.ps &
Observe that the abcABC is center-mirrored in the right lower corner. It should not be.
