Bug Description
Old Compaq running Ubuntu server. Has been upgraded since Ubu7. Getting install error during upgrade:
The upgrade has aborted. Your system could be in an unusable state. A
recovery will run now (dpkg --configure -a).

Is it possibly missing an entry? Is it a semi-colon delimited list?
