only execute mktexlsr/updmap-sys/... once per update

Bug Description

Binary package hint: tex-common

I'd like to suggest to modify all tex packages in such a way that mktexlsr/updmap-sys/... etc is only invoked once at the end of an apt run (this would imho seriously speed up an apt-get install texlive-full for example).

I'm reporting this bug to this package, since most of the postinst scripts seem to be generated by dh_installtex which is included in this package.

I agree wholeheartedly. We have a preseeded installer that includes texlive-full, and the vast majority of the time spent during install is taken up by updmap-sys and mktexlsr running after each package is installed. It would be really awesome to see this changed to a trigger mechanism like ldconfig, etc. uses.
