Bug Description

I am new to ubuntu and I wanted to install Latex software but I did not have enough space on Hard disk and I wanted to install it on another drive but I went through a tutorial in web which said I can use autoclean and then clean command in Terminal. I did this but now I can not run the other software I have installed before. For example I had installed Telegram Desktop software and now I can not launch neither I can remove it.
