Bug Description

while the upgrade from Ubuntu 14.02 LTS to 16.04 LTS occurred the error report package tex-common 6.04 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1". This could not be fixed be default and not by skipping it while upgrading and trying to install it manually.
After the upgrade was finished the computer could not be shut down without using the 'reset'button.
