Bug Description
My tex distribution is located in /usr/local/
It is possible that this is confusing the software installer. Every time I install anything I get an error message related to the installation of tex-common. I am not sure what tex-common is but it is not provided on the Tex Collection 2017 DVD from TUG. It has only gregoriotex-
