Bug Description

I was busy installing SciPy using "sudo apt-get install python-numpy python-scipy python-matplotlib ipython ipython-notebook python-pandas python-sympy python-nose" when the tex-common package failed to install.

Using Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS.
