Bug Description
rotate_cw and rotate_ccw only work if no tab is open.
Steps to reproduce:
-open terminator
-split window
-rotate works as expected
-open new tab
-return to previous tab
-rotate does not work
$ lsb_release -rd

Still present in the gtk3 branch.
Furthermore, new bug in the gtk3 version: More often than not, the focused pane also loses focus (while its title usually mistakenly stays red, but it turns to gray after the window loses focus and remains gray when the window is focused again).
