Well you have Juno installed and tempest 2013.2 (havana) on the repos which is no longer supported.. so I added ubuntu's tempest package but I'm marking it as invalid for upstream tempest.
The best way to install tempest currently, since we don't have a release (look for branchless tempest), it's cloning tempest repository git://git. openstack. org/openstack/ tempest or from http:// tarballs. openstack. org/tempest/
