Bug Description

tellico shows up on this report because it build-depends on the NBS libkcddb-dev

I believe tellico 3.0.1 does not have this dependency any more, so this is a request to update it to the new version that supports KF5.

I have a PPA with this at https://launchpad.net/~dominik-stadler/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+packages,this can act as starting point for the required changes.

Added back build deps for sane and cddb, as artful has the required versions whereas debian did not.
