2nd SMS notification does not sound

Product: bq Aquaris E4.5 & E5
FW version: OTA-9

Preconditions: Have mobile A and B with SIM card.

STEPS TO REPRO TEST 1(videos 1&2):
1. From mobile A, send 2 SMS in a row to mobile B.
2. From mobile B, check that both SMS arrives and they've a sound notification.

STEPS TO REPRO TEST 2(video 3):

1. From mobile A, send 3 SMS in a row to mobile B. Mobile B with prox sensor covered to simulate it's in your pocket.
2. From mobile B, check that all SMS arrives and there's a sound notification for each SMS.

Actual Result:
2nd or 3rd SMS does not give sound notification.
Expected Result:
All SMS should give sound notification

Here is another case where received messages are not notified:
SMS messages sent directly from my operator to my number.
To do so I need to send the SMS into a formatted url (Percent-encoding) from
my operator web site: example: to send the message "Hello World !" on your mobile :
connect to https://smsapi.free-mobile.fr/sendmsg?user=login&pass=password&msg=Hello%20World%20!
As well the login/pass is the one supplied by my operator.
This message will not be notified when it arrives in my BQ Aquaris Phone.
Expected Result: This SMS also should give sound notification.

@ victor Can you provide any more steps to reproduce? Is it all the time, do subsequent notifications work, does other audio playback work?
I was doing some stress testing recently sending 100 messages and they were all received and sound played

Video 1 - Krillin rc263:

- 1st attemp: 2 SMS sent, 2 SMS have sound notification. OK
- 2nd attemp: 2 SMS sent, 1st notified with sound and vibration || 2nd SMS only notified by vibration. BUG
- 3rd attemp: 2 SMS sent, 1st notified with sound and vibration || 2nd SMS only notified by vibration. BUG

Video 2 - vegeta OTA-9:

- 1st attemp: 2 SMS sent, 1st notified with sound || 2nd SMS not notified. BUG
- 2nd attemp: 2 SMS sent, 2 SMS have sound notification. OK
- 3rd attemp: 2 SMS sent, 1st notified with sound || 2nd SMS not notified. BUG

Video 3 - vegeta OTA-9 (pocket simulation with prox sensor covered):

- 1st attemp: 3 SMS sent, 1st and 2nd notified with sound || 3rd SMS not notified. BUG
- 2nd attemp: 3 SMS sent, 1st and 2nd notified with sound || 3rd SMS not notified. BUG
- 3rd attemp: 3 SMS sent, 1st and 2nd notified with sound || 3rd SMS not notified. BUG

After this, I did the same procedure with telegram push notifications and all messages were notified with sound, so I think this only happens with SMS. This customer is the same that reported 1531167.

The video is quite clear that it occurs but I cannot reproduce it
Please attach the logs unity8.log and media-hub.log from .cache/upstart/

Unity8 does not sound those notifications, telephony-service does.
