Bug Description

krillin image 158

After rejecting an incoming call multiple times, the incoming call notification stops appearing.

1. Dial your Ubuntu phone from another phone
2. Reject call from Ubuntu phone
3. repeat step 1 and 2 multiple times

What happens:
No notification for incoming call, no sound whatsoever.

I've been trying to trigger this issue and haven't been able to. The incoming call dialog shows every time and it vibrates every time, though sometimes it takes up to 15 seconds to happen.

However, I consistently see a related issue where the messaging indicator shows fewer missed calls than there should be.

there's not really a reason why unity8 wouldn't display the incoming call notification (unless it's not prompted to do so). This sounds more like a telephony issue. Is there any indication at all on the device the phone is actually receiving the call.

@awe is there a log that can be captured to verify there's actually a incoming call attempt ?

That was a libc regression. Is fixed now.
