Install path for the library incorrect when cross-building

I tried to cross-build telephony-service, following, mostly, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SimpleSbuild#ARM.

The build failed with:

> dh_install: qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-telephony0.1 missing files (usr/lib/*/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Telephony/libtelephonyservice-qml.so), aborting

This is because the file is installed in the wrong place:

> -- Installing: /«BUILDDIR»/telephony-service-0.1+15.04.20150109/debian/tmp/Ubuntu/Telephony/libtelephonyservice-qml.so
