System Settings changing the ringtone means the ringer only rings once

Bug Description
STEPS:
/!\ in 79 you seem to be unable to change the ringtone at all so install 77 and upgrade to 79 after.
1. Open the settings app
2. Click on sounds
3. Change the ringtone to something other than the default
4. Now call the phone.

Please would you run
$ gdbus call -y -d org.freedesktop .Accounts -o /org/freedeskto p/Accounts/ User32011 -m org.freedesktop .DBus.Propertie s.Get com.ubuntu. touch.AccountsS ervice. Sound IncomingCallSound
and check that the resulting path is correct and that it points to a file that exists.
If it does, this is not a bug in ubuntu- system- settings. I suggest telephony-service as a first step as this plays the ringtone.
