"NAT Traversal Options" are empty

Bug Description

In empathy, while adding a SIP account, I was expection settings for NAT Traversal / STUN here. As the screenshot shows, there's nothing to set.

$ lsb_release -rd

On released Ubuntu 12.04, NAT options are now shown within the Advanced options.
