Bug Description

In the resolution of bug 1451728, the KDE package kaccount-plugins is installing libaccounts' .provider and .service files under /usr/share/kaccounts/ rather than under the default (used by GNOME) /usr/share/accounts/.
The MC-5 apparmor profile needs to be consequently modified to allow the MC process to read the files contained in these directories.

I'm attaching a patch which should fix the problem.
I'm also allowing access to the /usr/share/{accounts,kaccounts}/providers directory, since it could also potentially contain some settigns useful for MC.
