Bug Description
When using the tcllib sha1 module with the tcl-trf package installed
it seems the tccllib load the libTrf2.1.4.so library.
When loaded this library seems to delete the global ::transform
procedure name from the loading tcl interpreter.
This name is also use within the dejagnu expect script to find binaries.
Therefore if any test suite loads the sha1 module while tcl-trf is installed,
it will break the dejagnu expect script.
This has been detected in ubuntu 13.10.
tcllib 1.15-dfsg-2
dejagnu 1.5-3
tcl-trf 2.1.4-dfsg1-1
